Recently on Veganuary's Instagram, they posted an image of the top 20 things that made their followers go vegan:
Personally for me, many factors made me go vegan (the animals, human rights issues, my own personal health), but I had many influences. Some of the people/things that I share with this list are Cowspiracy, Forks Over Knives, and Ellen Fisher.
Some other influences along my vegan journey include Angelina Nicolle, Hannah McNeely, High Carb Hannah, Kristen Leo, my best friend Nicole, and so many more!
