Ultimate Vegan Grocery List

I've compiled this list to give you an idea of the types of foods vegans can eat. I'm DEFINITELY not saying you need to buy all of these items every time you go to the grocery store, because this is a hefty list. However, this can help you refrain from eating the same things day by day, which I feel is important for any "diet" you choose to partake in. If you have at least one thing from each category, I'm positive you will be able to create a delicious and nutritious meal! Keep in mind that this of course isn't everything that vegans eat, but simply a go-to list where you can pick your favorites and add on where you see fit! Feel free to ask me any questions, and I hope you find this helpful. ♡, Kellie

  • Meatless "meats" (Gardien, MorningStar*, Boca*)

Notes:

* You'll need to double check the ingredients on these foods (and other packaged foods), as they sometimes contain non-vegan ingredients such as milk, eggs or honey.

** Vegan alternatives are not necessary for a vegan lifestyle. However, these items are comforting, especially as a new vegan, because it provides you with the similar foods and textures you were used to before the transition.
